The hotel is stunningly beautiful with pretty views of the sea. the room was spotlessly clean and huge, featuring a large bathroom. the location is in a modern area with main stores and little shops nearby.

Make sure you stay in the superior queen room with caldera view, amazing views.

The rooms are a nice size and unique with the balcony and an amazing view and a comfortable bed. The breakfast is delicious and excellent for vegetarians, has amazing food. The location is absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice and they have parking nearby. It is next to Aegean Restaurant, where you can have lunch. Recommend the place, I didn't want to say goodbye...

You gotta love that friendly staff with a constant smile and happy atmosphere. I really wonder if it's a very high salary or some smiles rewarding system that the owner of the hotel has in place, but in all cases, it's surely working. Also value for money is very good at this hotel, and the location is amazing, close to Oia, Imorivegli (best sunset spot) and Fira (center).

There's very little that my wife and I didn't like about the hotel. Maybe the little pool? But will you really swim in a pool when there's amazing waters just a stone throw away from you? Not really :) Actually we liked that pool, it has jacuzzi :-)... Another thing that we didn't like was the slow internet, but seriously!! Who cares!!!

The staff can not do enough for you and the location is unbelievable. We were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost.It was lovely being picked up and dropped off at the airport and breakfast outside was a great start to the day. We did not need any advice as we have been to Santorini many times but the reception is open 24hours and there was always some one checking all was ok. I would definitely recommend this hotel and return again.

Hotel staff are welcoming, nice and helpful. The design of the hotel itself is amazing, just like living within Greek myths. The environment is quiet, with breathtaking sunset view, sea/caldera view, and beautiful starry night which will never forget. Mini supermarket, cafes are just 5-mins walk. Free pick-up & delivery. Breakfast is delicious and wide variety. Room looks romantic and clean, with enough toiletries, towels and other necessary facility. There is also a lounge for using computer and free wifi. Unlike some hotels in other parts of Santorini, Ira doen't need to climb steep stairs. Free car parking space is just outside the hotel. I really love Ira Hotel and definitely recommend to all tourists.

When bathing inside the small tub, water drained away very slow.

The hotel staff members are helpful, from receptionists to cleaners. Breakfast includes Greek yogurt and pastries. Perfect location close to shops, tourist areas, restaurants, and fun shopping. Walking distance to a Greek Catholic church.

We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Ira. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the views of the caldera were amazing. Situated in Firostefani, it wasn't as busy as Fira however the views were just as good and it took us only 10-15min to walk into the heart of Fira. The pool was beautiful and breakfasts were delicious. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Hotel Staff is excellent, provide free pick-up and airport transport service. Always ready to help when we are in need. Most of all, the view and room location are fabulous and stunning.
